A very simple module which displays the generic RSS icon (or a custom one) and a "subscribe" link for up to 2 feedburner feeds: you just have to pass in the names of your feeds and your custom text for the "subscribe" links. 

This extension takes the links from RSS feeds and turns them into a small image.
