Allows to process mambot (plugin) tags everywhere as opposite to standard Joomla! behavior that lets to process content with mambots (plugins) only for com_content component. Sometimes it is necessary to process content with plugins (formely mambots). Unfortunately Joomla! is limited to process plugin tags only for com_content component.
